2018 Tournament Registration Process

Registration

We have moved to a new registration platform,  the USGA Tournament Management system powered by Golf Genius. The new system features vast improvements to streamline the registration process and enhance the player experience. Your TPP login and password are no longer valid. Prior to registering for an event this year, EVERYONE will need to create a new player profile. To register for a CGA Championship or event, follow the instructions below:

Player Profile 

  1. Click on the register button
  2. Your GHIN number and your last name will be required
  3. Once in, double check the information that is pulled from GHIN and add any additional information necessary as well as create a password
    •  If you are currently a member of a league using golf genius, your current password will be required
  4. After all required information is completed, click register

Singles Event Registration

  1. Click here to create your player profile/login
  2. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to the CGA Tournaments Homepage. To find the type of event you would like to enter, click on the “Event Schedules” drop down menu to find the schedule you are looking for: CGA Men’s Events, CGA Women’s Events, USGA Men’s Events, USGA Women’s Events.
  3. Select the box to the right of the event you would like to register for and click “Register”. (At this time USGA TM only permits registering for one event at a time. A multi-event registration feature is due out in the upcoming months)
  4. Click through the registration page, enter the required information and your credit card details (Visa or Mastercard only)
  5. Check your email for a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, your registration was not successful

Team Event Registration

  1. Click here to create your player profile/login (Each member of the team must create a player profile)
  2. Once logged in, you’ll be taken to the CGA Tournaments Homepage. To find the type of event you would like to enter, click on the “Event Schedules” drop down menu to find the schedule you are looking for: CGA Men’s Events, CGA Women’s Events, USGA Men’s Events, USGA Women’s Events
  3. Select the box to the right of the team event you would like to register for and click “Register”. (At this time USGA TM only permits registering for one event at a time. A multi-event registration feature is due out in the upcoming months)
  4. Click through the registration page, enter the required information and your credit card details (Visa or Mastercard only)
  5. If playing partner has not yet created a player profile:
    • After you register your team, have the players create a player profile
    • Once completed, sign in again and “edit your registration”
    • Search for that player and add them to your team
    • Complete registration
  6. Check your email for a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, your registration was not successful
